THE ART OF GOLDEN REPAIR:
Making Beauty from the Broken Pieces of Men & Women's Relating
A FREE, LIVE CLASS with Rachelle Seliga & Thomas Doochin
Friday, October 2nd at 9am Pacific / 12noon Eastern
Most of us in the modern world have lived our entire lives within the breakdown of relationship between men and women.
Unfortunately for most of us, these pieces stay as fragments.
These fragments live in us as tumult, heartbreak, despair, and sometimes as overwhelm and confusion so severe that it freezes our entire system in patterns we know we don’t want, but keep perpetuating.
The fragmented reality of our male - female relating is not our fault, but it is our responsibility.
Our experiences have afforded us deep understandings that are incredibly relevant to the TIMES in which we live.
Our task as initiated adults is to alchemize the pain and brokenness we experience, and create BEAUTY from it.
We can turn these broken pieces into a vessel capable of holding Life and worthy of being handed down to our children.

The Japanese art form of Kintsugi, is this:
Broken pottery pieces are mended together with GOLD, into a single piece that carries more character and integrity than before. Kintsugi translates to Golden Repair. Kintsugi can only happen because things were once broken.

The Art of Golden Repair:
Making Beauty from the Broken Pieces of Men & Women's Relating
Together we will tend to:
-
The lack of models we have had of dignified men-women relating; our collective imprinting
-
The way that women are most dangerous to themselves within their relationships
-
How men's distrust in themselves is mirrored back to them by the external world
-
What the GOLD is that will repair the fragments of our men-women relating

Rachelle Seliga is a devoted Mother and Midwife whose work has been dedicated to midwifing a cultural shift - where our innate wisdom, personal authority and the sanctity of Life are honored and centered - for over 20 years.
Rachelle's legacy work is INNATE Postpartum Care - Certification Training, which teaches "Physiologic Postpartum Care," the unifying tradition etched into the blood and bone of all postpartum women. Thousands of practitioners are trained in INNATE's body of work; supporting thousands of families worldwide.
Rachelle lives and works from the understanding that our physiologic design IS our divine design, which IS our "blueprint," which ARE our original instructions. These different ways to say the SAME thing acknowledge that there is an order, a structure, a map to LIFE that supersedes human will; it is Nature's Design. Nature's Design is Rachelle's Greatest mentor, and her work is grounded in Nature's Thriving Life Principles.
Rachelle is a woman enamored with LIFE and with a burning fire to live into potential. She values Aliveness, Relationships, Beauty, and Action, and knows from experience that the most effective and powerful usage of our respective & collective energy, comes from following that which is most alive in us - and creating from THIS place. In this way systems and structures that align with Life and our connection with it - are born.
