INNATE's Training has happened in-person in so many different places over 10 years. INNATE's Training has been happening online since 2018.

We have had INNATE RETREATS at my home in New Mexico, in Colares, Portugal, and this year we will gather along the banks of Oak Creek, in Sedona, Arizona.

š«¶š¼ Come and bask in our togetherness for 3 nights and 4 days - with women who have gone through INNATE'sĀ Training.Ā Ā

š«¶š¼ Come, get off the screens, and RETREAT. Slow down. Soften. Feel our connection body-to-body.

š«¶š¼ Come, be in the Wilds. Bathe in the river and in the starlight.

š«¶š¼ Come, be fed delicious, ancestral foods and heapings of community.
Ā INNATE'sĀ Retreat will be happening Mother's Day Weekend: May 7th - May 10th
in Sedona, Arizona,Ā at a private campground that I have rented out. (There are bathrooms and showers at the campground).
- We will spend the days relaxing on the underground aquifer-fed river (swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, floating), in ceremony, and with special teachings / facilitation by me and surprise guests.
- We will be camping under the dark night skies of Sedona (there is minimal light pollution here).
- All meals, snacks and drinks will be catered by my dear friend and INNATE student Brigita Lacovara, who used to cater all of the INNATE Trainings that happened out of my home in New Mexico!

In-arm babies welcomed. This is a retreat for INNATE women to relax, release and be nourished - to then go back to your families rejuvenated.

If your families would like to be in Sedona while you are on retreat, you are welcome to rent a nearby Airbnb (there are plenty of them), and be with your families there as you desire.Ā Ā
