Serving Northern New Mexico
With Rachelle Garcia Seliga CPM and Michelle Williams Midwife, MSW
Midwifery care has always been ‘womb to tomb’ health care. With their combined 30 plus years of experience, Rachelle Garcia Seliga and Michelle Williams are offering to the community of Northern New Mexico:
Care for women from puberty through and menopause and beyond.
Holistic Well-Woman Care of Taos, offers a new paradigm of women’s health care that takes into account our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies for vibrant health and well-being. We support women by breaking down the misconceptions of an outdated healthcare system, and by offering the knowledge and tools to thrive.
Health care is first and foremost preventative in nature—and diagnostic and curative when need be.
The care we offer is not a top-down model of care; it is woman-centered and it is a model of co-creation. What we know to be true is that each woman is her own expert, and we work to support the connection with this internal resource.
We believe it is our birthright as humans- to receive the kind of support we want, when we want it, to evoke the change we are seeking.
Beyond Annual exams (Pap smears/breast exams) and STI checks (**lab testing covered by Medicaid and most health insurances**), we also offer the following:
As well as classes on:
